On completion of the foundation Modules 1-5 series your child will be awarded with a certificate 'Wise Kids Hero Quest 1' – The Foundation.
This will qualify them to enrol in ‘Wise kids Hero Quest 2. A 7 week real life supported journey where they apply and practise the skills and awareness from the foundation series into a passion or compassion project/ Quest of thier choosing.

Wise Kids Hero Quest - Training Day.
Module 1: 9am – 9:50 – PLANING FOR A SUCCESS QUEST
Discover ideas for choosing your Hero Quest through visualisation and movement. Create a plan through setting a foundation through activities that involve gratitude, balancing my needs and learning about my strengths. Participate in a series of short hero strength practise challenges to observe the ripple effects of your actions, ready for you to implement as soon as you leave.
9:50-10 (10 minute healthy brain Break- please bring own)
Module 2 : 10am- 10:50am- Mindset - MY HAPPY HERO BAG or MY WISE TREE
Is your self -talk Fertilising or Poisoning your best self. Understand parts of your Brain and their functions. Create a hero Bag or paint your Wise Tree (Tree extra cost depending on size) to go to when you’re feeling sad or mad. Create your own rhyme to remind you where you put your focus. We will look briefly again at your hero strengths and hear from Grandpa Joe in the children's rhyming book, 'A Wise Apple Tree Helps Me'- Top Tips for Wise Kids'
11- 11:30: Outside running quest game (Starlight) + individual encouragement and support
Module 3 – 11:30am - 12:20am- Stressed Sue / Relaxed Rodger Cartoon Poster workshop
Train your child in being a 'Relaxation' and 'Stress Doctor' with creating your own, two, take home posters that will not only help you, but your whole family!!
Experience through a couple of games and role play the importance of relaxing and being calm vrs mad or sad. Experience tools that will help your child to relax to achieve their max.
Look at your style when responding to a bully.
No experience in cartooning necessary.
12:20 – 1:00 – Lunch (please bring own healthy lunch)
Module 4 - 1pm – 1:50 pm - Mindfulness tips for A Wise Hero Quest
Angry? sad? anxious? or worried?.
Come learn skills to watch the mind through experiencing the five senses. Learn how to integrate this both inside and outside of school. Come away feeling relaxed with some tools for your wise kids journey.
Module 5 – 2pm – 2:50 pm- Crystal/Gem play for A Wise Hero Quest
Play creatively and learn about crystals/gemstones and how they help your child. They will make their own Hero Quest Staff for the journey they will be about to embark on. Discover some qualities they contain. Enjoy learning how they can use them in their day. Includes guided visualisation, free crystal and relaxation at the end.
3pm – 3-30 Wise hero quest circle time reflection, wisdom wall and concluding game.
3:30 – 4pm - Graduation Ceremony, certificate and photo (parents/grandparents/guardian please attend if you can)
