Come on out for some delicious grub, lots of beer and rockin' Park City musical talent—all in the name of sending Mandy to Mongolia to ride in the world's longest horse race for two incredible charities!
Local musician Elizabeth Hareza will keep the party rolling with her folksy/bluesy/entirely kickass style and Komrades Food Truck will keep mouths happy with internationally influenced world flavors. And, of course, Park City Brewery will be serving up some of the best beer Utah's got to offer.

Tickets are $15 and include a raffle ticket for some awesome door prizes—all proceeds will get Mandy closer to that starting line on the Steppe. There will be a silent auction for original Essentia Equi art (Mandy's brand of equine drawings/paintings). "This ain't my first rodeo" t-shirts will be for sale, as well as Essentia Equi prints. Mandy will be talking about horses, the environment, and general life-passion at 8:00 p.m. sharp.
At 1000 km (that's about 620 miles) and ridden on the backs of the semi-wild Mongolian horses who call the Steppe their home, the Mongol Derby is as much a test of horsemanship as it is wilderness survival. There would be no marked course, no guidance along the way—just Mandy, High Mountain passes, green open steppe, deep rolling rivers, and a motley crew of 25 – 27 semi-wild native horses.
Mandy will be riding/fundraising for Cool Earth, an international NGO that works hand-in-hand with indigenous communities to protect endangered rainforest and the Mustang Heritage Foundation, an American non-profit that works to train and adopt out our nation's 50,000 once-wild horses whose federally-funded captivity costs taxpayers about $50 million a year.
She's got to raise $14,000 to secure her entry fee, fly east, and donate a huge chunk of cash to charity—let's help her get there!
